Soma Prime with Critical Delay, not Serration Soma Prime with Serration replacing Critical Delay Base damage is incredibly important to mod pre-Steel Path due to it being a multiplier to Elemental and DoT damage. Primary Merciless would replace the need for Serration, and a faction mod would take Serration's spot. Below is the alternate Soma.
