Introduction and Overview

This guide is adapted from WFPedia's Ultimate Endo Farming Guide (v4.1) by Keymapperplus, -LAC-oyo, and contributors. Original content used with attribution.

This is an endgame Endo farming guide focused on achieving the highest efficiency possible. Beginner-friendly methods like Zariman bounties are not covered here.

The method uses the Rathuum arena on Sedna (Vodyanoi), where you eliminate 25 executioners who drop Endo. By combining Khora's Pilfering Strangledome, Nidus's Larva for grouping, and two Nekros for Desecrate, you can maximize Endo drops per run.

Squad Composition

  • Khora — Uses Guandao Prime or Prisma Skana with Incarnon for DPS. Pilfering Strangledome (4th ability) increases Endo drops.
  • Nidus — Pulls enemies into Khora's cages using Larva.
  • 2x Nekros — Maintain Desecrate (3rd ability) active and manipulate spawns by positioning at designated spots.

Maximizing Endo Drops

The biggest increase in Endo comes from having one party member with the Mod Drop Chance Booster. Endo drops count as mod drops, so this booster directly increases yields. Combined with the Steel Path booster, you can get a 200% increase — potentially 5,000 Endo per mission.

Ways to Obtain Mod Drop Chance Booster

  • Prime Access purchases
  • Daily Sortie rewards
  • Weekly Archon Hunt rewards
  • Weekly Circuit rotation rewards
  • Baro Ki'Teer purchases
  • 1999 Calendar (occasional)

Tip: Only one player in the party needs the mod booster. The booster effect does not stack from multiple players.

Dismemberment Mechanics

Enemies can be dismembered up to 2 times. Only the upper and lower body can be desecrated with Nekros to generate more loot. Weapons must have over 50% of their physical damage (IPS) as Slash to guarantee dismemberment. Post-mortem dismemberment has approximately a 0.7-second window before Nekros desecrates the body.

Note: Executioner Zura only gets dismembered upon killing with initial damage.

Khora Build

Khora Prime runs an Efficiency Build with mandatory Arcanes.

Key Build Details

  • Subsume Valkyr's Warcry onto 1st ability
  • Melee Retaliation combined with Primed Redirection and Boreal's Hatred
  • Primed Flow to reach Tauforged Violet Archon Shard's Melee Critical Damage threshold
  • Narrow Minded at rank 7 to minimize range reduction
  • Optional: Replace Primed Continuity with Equilibrium if energy management is needed

Archon Shards

  • 3 Tauforged Violet (Melee Crit Damage)
  • 1 Tauforged Amber (Parkour Velocity)
  • 1 Tauforged Amber (Cast Speed)

Venari Setup

  • Bite — Required for Tenacious Bond; grants 1.2x final critical damage multiplier
  • Fetch — Essential for collecting Endo across the map
  • Primed Animal Instinct — Helps locate and gather dispersed Endo

Operator (Vazarin)

Use Protective Sling for invulnerability upon void sling activation. Enable "Double Jump executes Void Sling" in settings. Maxed Protective Sling provides 5-second duration.

Arcanes: Magus Cloud (mandatory — increases Protective Sling radius), Emergence Renewed (recommended — operator energy regen).

Khora Weapons

Primed mods are mandatory for the build to work as expected.

Element Selection

Recommended: Corrosive, Viral, or Toxin. Avoid Heat and Cold as they accelerate body decay, reducing Endo yields.

Prisma Skana (with Incarnon)

  • Evo II: Guardian's Promise
  • Evo III: Orokin Reach
  • Evo IV: Absolute Valor

Riven Priority: Critical Chance > Attack Speed/Damage To Grineer > Critical Damage/Electricity > Melee Damage > Toxin > Range. Avoid negative Slash stats.

Alternative: Guandao Prime

Works as an alternative to Prisma Skana with similar modding approach.

Primary: Afentis (Optional but Recommended)

Alternate fire without hitting enemies creates Ballistarii Might field (10s duration, extends to 40s on kills). Provides +50% reload speed, +20% fire rate and attack speed, +100% reserve ammo, -50% recoil.

Secondary: Akarius Prime

Essential for clearing summons. Must equip Amalgam Barrel Diffusion to boost rolling speed.

Nidus Build and Procedure

Nidus Prime Build

  • Energy Nexus passively generates energy; combined with Equilibrium for constant energy
  • Greedy Pull for pulling Endo at end of round
  • Larva Burst augment to detonate Larva early, dropping enemies into Khora's cage
  • 5 Amber Archon Shards (Casting Speed)

Operator (Zenurik)

Use Wellspring for energy over time and Inner Might for a free ability cast.

Weapons

  • Glaxion Vandal (optional) — Procs Viral status; Mending Shot enables shooting lake health orb for emergency energy
  • Akarius Prime — Must equip Amalgam Barrel Diffusion for rolling speed
  • Praedos — Used only for 4th evolution's Parkour Velocity bonus

Procedure

Important: Larva pulling speed is tied to FPS — at least 120fps is recommended. Nidus should host since Larva functions poorly on high ping.

  1. Step 0: On mission start, press SHIFT once to roll forward before normal movement activates.
  2. Step 1: Press 2 to pull the initial enemy wave toward the ceiling.
  3. Step 2: Move to designated position, press 2 to pull enemies toward your feet. If Khora is positioned, press 2 again to activate Larva Burst.
  4. Step 3: Wait for Khora to clear the wave. Monitor minimap for spawns (5 enemies per non-reinforcement, 8 per reinforcement).
  5. Step 4: After all enemies spawn, press 2 to shoot Larva, wait half a second, press 2 again to prevent wall adhesion, then press 2 to burst.
  6. Step 5: Pull again with double 2-press to burst instantly. Repeat from Step 3.

Non-reinforcement: 5 waves x 5 enemies = 25 total. Reinforcement: 4 waves x 8 enemies = 32 total.

Nekros Build and Procedure

Nekros Prime Build

  • Despoil — Allows Desecrate to consume health instead of energy
  • Greedy Pull — Mandatory for pulling Endo at the end
  • Energy Nexus — Passive energy regen to activate Greedy Pull at mission end

Archon Shards (Two Options)

  1. 3 Amber (Parkour Velocity) + 2 Amber (Casting Speed)
  2. 2 Amber (Parkour Velocity) + 2 Amber (Casting Speed) + 1 Tauforged Azure (Health Regen)

Procedure

Both Nekros follow the same procedure — one takes the left camp spot, the other takes the right. Both must finish their rollout in less than 8 seconds to avoid spawning enemies.

Right Nekros

  1. Cast Desecrate at start, bullet jump into the air and slam at the door in front of you.
  2. Go through the door and up the stairs, at the end go left through the door.
  3. Position in the middle of the hallway so both front and back doors are open.
  4. Swap to Operator and Void Sling back toward the top of the stairs.
  5. Aim at the marked spot maintaining line of sight to barrels and both open doors.
  6. Once "Victory" appears, move to the lake area and collect Endo using Greedy Pull.

Left Nekros

  1. Cast Desecrate, jump through the left door, land at the bottom of the stairs.
  2. Position just outside the door to keep it open. Advanced: Throw Afentis to buff Nidus and Khora.
  3. Swap to Operator and Void Sling back toward the top of the stairs.
  4. Aim at marked spot ensuring the gate is open. Hold position until round ends.
  5. Once victory appears, collect Endo using Greedy Pull.

FPS and Performance Optimization

Performance directly impacts farming efficiency, especially for Nidus's Larva pulls.

Fashion Settings

On all frames, remove all accessories and set all colors to black — especially Emissive and Energy colors. This reduces eye strain and headaches while increasing everyone's FPS. Voidshell skins plus Ayatan Elegance offer a cleaner, darker appearance.

Graphics Settings

  • Visual Effects Intensity: Set to 10
  • Reduce Teammate Visual Effects: Enable
  • All Low Settings: Set graphics to LOW (MEDIUM/HIGH texture memory sometimes helps)
  • Borderless Windowed: Enable with Optimized Flip-Model (Windows 10)
  • GPU Particle Quality: DISABLED
  • High Shader Quality: Recommended with Nidus or if darkness is an issue

Critical: Ensure Gore is enabled so that Nekros can properly dismember enemies and Desecrate them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much Endo can I earn per mission with this method?

With a Mod Drop Chance Booster stacked with the Steel Path booster, you can earn up to 5,000 Endo per mission. Only one player in the party needs the mod booster — the effect does not stack from multiple players.

Why Vodyanoi instead of Yam?

The current meta uses Sedna Vodyanoi rather than Yam to avoid dealing with temporarily invincible enemies and because it is easier for Nidus to pull enemies effectively.

Do I need Primed mods for this to work?

Yes, Primed mods are mandatory for the Khora build to work as expected. The DPS output depends on having fully ranked Primed mods on your melee weapon.

Why should I avoid Heat and Cold elements?

Heat burns enemy bodies, making Nekros desecration difficult. Cold freezes enemies, preventing corpse dismemberment. Both reduce Endo yields by interfering with the Nekros Desecrate mechanic.
