Section 11 of 12

Advanced Mechanics

Incarnon, Valance, Rivens, and buffs.

Incarnon Evolutions

Incarnon weapons have alternate firing modes with different stats. The engine applies:

  • Base Incarnon stats (tier 0): always active when the adaptor is enabled.
  • Evolution perks (tier 1+): only when selected by the player.

Incarnon perks can add flat elemental damage, crit chance, status chance, and more — stacking on top of your mods.

Valence Bonuses (Kuva/Tenet/Coda)

Lich weapons have an innate elemental bonus:

Valence Damage = Total Base Damage × Damage Multiplier × Valence% / 100

This is added as elemental damage of the weapon's element (e.g., Kuva Bramma's innate Heat). It stacks with and combines into your mod elements.

Self-Enhancing Set Mods (Umbral / Sacrificial)

The engine has special handling for set mods. For example:

Umbral Intensify+25% bonus (2 set members)+75% bonus (3 set members)
Umbral Vitality+30% bonus (2 set members)+80% bonus (3 set members)
Umbral Fiber+30% bonus (2 set members)+80% bonus (3 set members)

These multiply the mod's own stats, not a separate set bonus. Running all three Umbral mods makes each one significantly stronger.

Rivens

Riven mods have randomized stats scaled by disposition (1.0 baseline). The damage engine automatically scales riven values by the weapon's disposition:

Effective Riven Stat = Rolled Value × Weapon Disposition

Low-disposition weapons (popular meta weapons) have weaker rivens; high-disposition weapons (less-used weapons) get stronger rivens.

Conditional / Galvanized Mods

  • Galvanized mods (Galvanized Chamber, etc.): gain stacks on kill, each stack adds multishot/damage.
  • Arcane stacks (Primary Merciless, etc.): build stacks over time in combat.
  • Combo multiplier (melee): increases damage with consecutive hits.

The calculator lets you set these stacks to see theoretical max vs. realistic mid-combat numbers.

External Buffs (Warframe Abilities)

The engine supports applying Warframe ability buffs to weapon calculations:

Roar (Rhino)+30% defaultMultiplicative damage increase
Eclipse (Mirage)+30% defaultDamage boost (light) or damage reduction (dark)
Nourish (Grendel)+45% defaultViral damage bonus
Xata's Whisper (Xaku)+26% defaultVoid damage bonus

These are applied as separate multiplicative layers, making them extremely powerful for min-maxing.
